Underwriting Matrix
The Underwriting Matrix is a helpful tool for assessing a small business owner's capital readiness. By reviewing a potential borrower's financial statements and inputting the requested information, the matrix runs critical financial ratios (e.g. debt service cover, etc) and provides benchmarks as to whether the potential borrower performs well in various areas (e.g. leverage, liquidity, etc).
